      Great company that is growing fast but is working hard to keep a family feel

      Pros

      Strong growth. It almost seems like the company can do no wrong. Just about everything it does, it does very well. Excellent mid-level management. Of course there is always an exception, but I can pretty much guarantee anyone who is looking at HEI for a career that they will be led by very thoughtful and experienced people. Excellent upper-level management. The company continues to evolve in ways that seems scary, but always work out in the favor of everyone involved. HEI hasn't been afraid to make big decisions! Great benefits. Employee insurance is covered by the company. 401k has matching up to 9% of your pay (3% at 100% match, next 3% at 50% match, next 3% at 25% match).

      Cons

      IT upper management has had some pretty big problems that have existed for many years and have never been significantly addressed.

      We started out as a small firm and although we now have over 700 employees, we work tirelessly to keep that close-knit feel.       Pros

      Great place to work. This company puts employees first and invests in keeping good workers who are responsible and self-motivated. The flexibility is huge, especially for someone with a family. They promote employees' development, both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Could probably make more money somewhere else, but money isn't everything.

      Wow! Thanks for sharing such a great review. We know that if we put our employees first everything else will fall into place. Flex scheduling and Henderson University are just the beginning of our perks. But, you already knew that. ;)
