Pros

Flexibility with hours worked (although a ridiculous hours of overtime end up happening)

Cons

The restructure of the company seems to have had a negative impact on the company. Lot more micromanaging has begun and the salary is a lot lower than industry standards.

Pros

Great leadership. Great culture (pre-Covid). Great people.

Cons

It is widely known that Henderson pays significantly lower than other industry partners/competitors. Pizza parties and beer:30s are great but those also do not pay the bills. Company culture has changed since Covid with few people in the office.
