Nice… on the surface

Pros

Started out great, especially for someone still relatively new to the field. People were nice initially. Really thought I’d found a place to be for a long time.

Cons

My only “training” was a bunch of videos. Was always encouraged to ask questions but there was always a passive aggressiveness to making any kind of mistakes. A lot of people in my position also already had up to a decade of experience which made zero sense to me. Shaping up to be a company with senior folks from the top to the bottom. Office politics that completely dismantle the initial view I had of everyone I worked with.

-very efficient and intelligent tools to get the job done -focuses on community involvement and "fun workplace" environment -good place for new grads to build their career

Cons

-lot of employees are cliquey and not very willing to help you. Was recommended to "make a lot of friends here" in order to seek help -sectored business model results in being "parted out" to other offices; and you still have to go in 3x a week. -HR and upper management is corporate to a tee
