      Henderson has a great culture and community. The company cares about its people, its projects, and its clients. This is a place where you can have good work/life integration and be proud of the work the company is doing.

      Cons

      Not the highest paying, but balanced with quality of life and environment, it's worth the trade off.

      Cons

      There's always someone else who's going to get a promotion over you. Always found it extremely hard to move up at all. Pay is less than average.
