Unparalleled culture. Work/life balance is something they take seriously, and the concern for each employee is very apparent. Coworkers feel like much more than just coworkers. Everyone in the company really embraces the culture as well.

Benefits and culture are incredible, best place I've ever worked. Great engineering resources and Henderson University is great.

Cons

If you're on the walmart team, then yes you will work on a lot of walmart stuff. But there is still other stuff and room for change.
