      It's like a big family. You look forward to coming to work. Great benefits. Great teammates. Great Training. They feed us every Saturday and once a month they close the dealership and have a catered luncheon to celebrate our teammates, accomplishments and milestones. And the best of the best get to spin a "Money Wheel" to win some money and on occasion we have some friendly competition ie. tug of war, egg toss, bingo etc.

      Cons

      Not many if any, We have to work Saturdays.
