Pros

Working at BMW of McKinney was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career and my personal growth. When this dealership opened just over a year ago, Johnny Secondo hand-picked the management and sales team with one goal in mind—building something exceptional. That vision showed in everything there. From the leadership to the culture, you could feel the difference the moment you walked through the doors. What stood out the most was how much Johnny genuinely cares about his people—not just as employees, but as individuals. He wants you to succeed, and he invests in making that happen. That kind of leadership was rare, and it created an environment where everyone felt valued and motivated to give their best. The culture there was like nothing I had ever experienced. We weren’t just coworkers—we were family. We celebrated each other’s wins, lifted each other up on tough days, and truly worked as a team. There was an incredible sense of stability too—management turnover was practically nonexistent, which said so much about the trust and respect within the organization. On top of that, BMW of McKinney offered great benefits and did everything possible to keep good people. If something wasn’t the right fit, they worked hard to find a position that played to your strengths instead of letting you go. That kind of commitment spoke volumes about the company’s heart and values. Being part of BMW of McKinney wasn’t just a job—it was being part of a family and something truly special.

Cons

Be ready to work hard in a competitive environment—your effort directly reflects your pay, and the rewards are worth it. It’s a true team culture, so if you don’t thrive in collaboration, this might not be the place for you. The hours can be long, but the payoff and growth opportunities make it worthwhile.
