      Company Has Potential for So Much More

      Pros

      Co-workers, facilities, equipment provided, legacy health care was excellent and free

      Cons

      Too many managers taking too much of the profit slice. Management by intimidation No potential for growth. Managers claim to invest in people but would rather make themselves look good in eyes of corporate.

      Pros

      Lots of advertising. Lots of lot traffic. Descent hours. Mostly good people in sales. Pay was on time. Lots of training.

      Cons

      Pay plan constantly changing from bad to worse. Would cut front end gross for f&i. Forced to come in during inclement weather only to be told that you could not take customers on test drives. No positive reinforcement only knocking you down. Lots of drugs.
