Toxic Management that is crass and rude to employees in meetings in front of others. Employer allows bad behavior. In a group meeting manager did not agree with the discussion stating it was a waste of time and abruptly left the meeting. Later I was removed from the department.

The hospital used to feel like a family and the upper management were a big reason for that. But as time went on, it felt less and less like family and more like a business. I understand the hospital needs to make money but the intense focus on productivity for some of the specialty areas was too much. The policies that lower management had to implement was very difficult and made employees feel they had to prove their worth. It also made departments an uncomfortable place.
