Clear favoritism in all locations, friends have been promoted whether deserving of the position or not, kept staff who were willing to always say yes or who have family that work in other departments while throwing others under the bus, their treatment of most support staff caused worthwhile staff to leave for other companies, constant turn-over of support staff at most locations, animosity between positions out of fear of job consequences, and an overall toxic environment.

Understaffing, disconnect between management and workers, directors and managers block workers trying to transfer to other departments.
