Growth has created a disconnect with administration. Administration changes have brought downtown ideas to the suburbs. Can we say St. Vincent - Danville? Lower than average pay. Managers are disconnected and spend all day in meetings or hiding. Managers fail to keep up on standard of care, let licenses/certifications lapse, fail to lead by example. Night shift doesn't exist in eyes of administration/management. Need something? Come in during the day on your day off... Inability to freely communicate issues. If you have nothing nice to say - keep it to yourself. Medical staff sit on patients for days,weeks, and months in never ending wait and see modes to avoid backlash for transferring patients even obviously appropriate. Atmosphere of bonuses, rebranding, and telling employees how great everything is. All the while in the next breath saying we need a plan in case we have to lay you off and reminding you how thankful you should be to work for less than average industry pay. This is not the Hendricks of the past. Pack your bags and move on. Indispensable doesn't apply to employees and while the new logo features "transparency" -- management does not.
