The company cares some what about its employees.

Cons

The pharmacy department has horrible for management. They have no care about the employees and just do what ever they want. They have "favorites" that run the department and basically make it unbearable to work there. The Director of the department cares more about herself then the wellbeing of everyone else and disregards you if you share a concern. If you question anything then you become a target and are on the hit list and they start looking for ways to terminate you.
