Cons

Management didn’t take COVID serious. Tried to hide infections in the office. No remote. Poor project planning. Long hours.

Welding equipment is provided. Boot allowance of $150. Uniforms provided.

Cons

You don't weld by hand almost at all amusement 25% of the time. Everything se is done by robot. Leadership isn't the greatest and not all upper management is eager to do their jobs especially HR.
