Pros
Hendrickson of Hebron Ohio is a great company overall to work for. I have been with Hendrickson of Hebron Ohio for 5 years now. They offer good benefits that don't break the bank and a starting vacation balance of 2 weeks for new employees. 401k and pension plan are given to any full-time associate. They offer a scholarship program that allows you $5250 per the calendar year to go toward and degree you long to obtain. They value your health concerns enough they had brought in an external company to evaluate each work center to ensure you are not lifting or completing a task too big for one person. They have family get-togethers whether it be zoo light, picnics, golf outings, r even company bowling. Overall I believe Hendrickson of Hebron Ohio is a great company to work for and they do try what they can to ensure that you are happy at the end of the day.
Cons
50+ hour work weeks tend to be normal with only a chance of 2 hours of personal time if you do not take an attendance issue. Vacation days only pay for an 8 hour day even if you are mandatory to work 10 hours. Health coverage does not cover vision. Tight work stations allow for little to no room to complete your task at hand and when telling project manager (Gabe) details of the issue that may arise it gets shot down because WE are not being open to the changes he made even if it may go against company policies. Overall I do believe that they are trying to work out a few things but a change in management might have to be a start in order to get the employees back to being satisfied on a daily basis.
