Competitive pay Friendly coworkers and staff There is a pension plan on top of 401k match Managers try to keep work loads balanced and hire new employees as required.

Cons

There's a strong disconnect between hourly and salary employees. With hourly employees often feeling that salary employees make arbitrary decisions. And salary employees often feel like they can never make hourly employees happy.
