      Pros

      Good teamwork among all the coworkers and all the hourly employees work well together not a lot of drama or gossip. Really loved my coworkers at that facility. And great supervisors.

      Cons

      Management needs improved too much salary advantages, and not enough hourly acknowledgment.

      Pros

      Great family-based employee oriented company with great growth potential for employees with interested in developing as a leader. Innovation and continuos improvement are difficult to get right at any company but Hendrickson has broken down many barriers to allowing employees to run with their ideas and see them through. Total comp is at the top end of the market but job enrichment is why we stay.

      Cons

      None that aren't being actively improved on and aren't present and some level at all organizations or simply personal preferences.
