      - People at a working Level were great - Work life balance

      Cons

      - The upper management don’t understand what culture actually means. To them, it’s enforcing their views and beliefs on everyone irrespective of any other factor. Eg: forced to come to the office during Covid, no flexible policy if you have kids etc. - Industry is old school and is not keeping with the times. HR and employee well being policies don’t exist. - Boss vs employee culture as compared to a leader & collaborative team setting. - Below average pay with the funnel widest at the top and hardly anything filtering down
