I am not sure there are any pros to working in this environment. It is really like high school. The atmosphere is miserable.

Cons

There is zero diversity in the workplace. Everyone in HR is either ancient and stuck in their ways or a millennial with no clue as to what they are doing.

We hold monthly sit down meetings between employees and our GM, conduct annual opinion surveys, and have an open door policy for comments to try and create the best culture for everyone. With all of our company activities, wellness initiatives, strong benefit package, and many other employee benefits we are surprised you could list zero positives. With that we do realize that our culture will not work for everyone, and hope you can find a position that makes you happy.

Pros

Projects are good and environment is creative. Work/life balance is good. Insurance is good but expensive.

Cons

No investment back into employees. There is no defined career path or reward for going above and beyond. "Merit" based raises are pretty typical, much the same within a department. You can excel and will still get the same raise as the person who did the minimum.
