The company has a good work/life balance and is very accommodating. The compensation is very good for the area. Full benefits package is very competitive with low premiums, low deductibles, and a wide array of coverage and providers.
Cons
Opportunities for management to be more accommodating to changes. As the workforce majority transitions to the next generation, the company can sometimes struggle to be competitive and attractive to potential hires and to retain strong talent. Things such as flexible work schedules, opportunities to work from home, fitness/wellness initiatives, and childcare would be appealing. There is also an opportunity to increase motivation through more aggressive performance-based bonuses/compensation.
