Pros
If you are looking for a place to start right out of school to get experience, or if you are looking for something stable, Hendrickson is a great employer. They do a good job of getting everybody involved and compared to other large corporations, job security is decent. Also, most coworkers are very friendly and easy to work with day-to-day
Cons
Limited upward mobility. Career development is rarely discussed. A lot of new hires for management roles come from outside the organization. Also, the smaller divisions are frequently short-staffed which leads to people feeling dissatisfied with the lack of recognition they get for the amount of work they handle at those locations
