Three things come to mind: 1. Great products 2. Excellent Customer Service 3. Committed to developing the workforce [H] is a great place to to develop a career. If the grass is greener on the other side, then [H] is the other side!

Cons

[H] pushes the envelop with manufacturing technology but seems very reluctant to implement personal computing technology and technology related to other parts of the business.

Great business partner, respected in the industry. Not afraid to spend money to develop product and people. Addresses issues with culture when they come up, listens to employees. GREAT employee activities like wellness, town halls, and luncheons.

Cons

Has some supervisors that they have to "keep on track" from a people management side, but they do a decent job of offering training for them.
