      Pros

      Relaxed. For the most part upper management is easy to talk to and open to suggestions. Technology is a big selling point with this company. Has plenty of work and a strong customer base.

      Cons

      Severely lack equipment and drivers. Micromanage from the Corporate office. The terminal has no power to hire its own office and shop staff.
