Very hierarchical structure and political leads to very slow and centralized decisions. You lose a lot of time in meetings and processes and there is little incentive to new ideas (excessive bureaucracy). Lack of decisiveness and flexibility to local teams and heavy dependence on central structure. Career management and training nonexistent, professional recognition informal and not consistent.

Work-Life Balance does not exist at the company. The salaries for entry positions are much less than in Europe, but the top managers earn 3times more than topmanagers in Europe
