benefits decent, commute is not to bad.
Cons
No potential for growth in terms of salary and promotions. Corporate culture used to be admirable but the Administration has created tension. Those that have been here over 5 years might have some security but the rest of us are trying to stick with what we have got. Overworked, no room to be heard, and fear of job retention. Working for this size hospital is proving to be a disadvantage for middle and site managers and directors. I certainly feel that upper level management doesn't care about making us grow.
