Pros

You don't have to pay for parking. Make sure you ask about the free catered lunches every week. They are delicious! And the comped car detailing once a month is a great benefit to working for HJF.

Cons

Upper management is very self-serving. They are more concerned about their bonuses then they are about providing employees with the best tools to get the job done. Executives, some making $250,000 a year, all bow down to the CEO like he's a GOD. The company touts that it generates upwards of $500 million a year, but they are incredibly cheap. The environment here is TOXIC. HJF is the definition of Overworked and Underpaid. This company loves managers and employees that are spineless and will do ANYTHING to get ahead.
