Pros

Online training is top tier. The corporate leadership is high caliber.

Cons

Expect to work at least 60 hours per week. That's the real deal, no matter what you are told. Do the math, and see if that's the lifestyle you want. They have a very strong "figure it out" culture. The online training has taken a giant leap towards giving you the direction you'll need to be successful, but don't expect any person to guide you.

Pros

Standard company pay and benefits (not a pro really) Less micromanagement (manager-dependent) Strong support and resources for employees Exposure to diverse and large-scale projects Lots of responsibility to grow oneself

Cons

Takes at least 5 years to become eligible for stock options. Vertical movement is slow, and exceeding expectations doesn’t necessarily accelerate advancement. Promotions often seem to depend more on relationships with senior leadership than on performance alone.
