Pros
The colleagues I met and worked with were extremely helpful and patient with me. They put in effort into teaching me everything I needed to know and taught me to apply the skills I learnt in books to the real industry. Supervisor was very understanding when I had difficulties meeting deadlines because of a huge workload. Really learnt a great deal of knowledge and had plenty of fun while working under Heraeus.
Cons
Work life balance is slightly off, had to OT especially during peak periods where there were tons of samples.
