Pros
It has been a privilege for me to work in a friendly and multi-cultural environment, with trusting colleagues and leaders. Top management is focused on long-term goals, so there is not too much pressure for results in a quarter basis.
Cons
For some of its divisions, there was no much of attention to businesses outside of Germany or Europe, at most.
