      Pros

      This company is very organized and open. Everyone shares details of their work on a regular basis in team meetings. The environment is very supportive and everyone there is knowledgeable about their department.

      Cons

      There are engineers, and then there are machine operators. The engineers are the ones that know the machines, how to operate them, why they are necessary, and how they work. The operators are just hired as extra hands and won't always do their work properly because they don't understand why it needs to be done the way it is supposed to.
