      Pros

      Deep pockets. would spend money as needed, if asked. There were some world class best practices at one time. Employees were given the 'gold" standard for separation packages. 1ST CLASS!

      Cons

      Why did all of the word class activities stop? This occurred before the announcement to move the factory.
