Everyone is very friendly, and genuinely cares about each other. We live our values of doing what's right, we're in this together (you're never alone), we take responsibility(for your mistakes as well as triumphs), we prove ourselves everyday and with all of that.. we will achieve results. We work hard, but we also enjoy Volunteering with each other as well as getting together after work.

Cons

They are scaling back on WFH/remote work. We are mostly in office with one day WFH. I would have liked to see half and half as the hybrid of choice.

Exposure to different industries: Employees exposed to a wide range of industries and projects, allowing them to gain valuable experience and knowledge about different types of equipment and their applications. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work in teams to coordinate equipment rentals, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth operations.

Cons

Customer Service Challenges: Dealing with customer inquiries, complaints, and difficult customers can be challenging. Irregular Working Hours: Business demands can overwhelm work-life balance. Limited Career Growth: Depending on the size and structure of the your region, there may be limited opportunities for career growth beyond certain positions.
