      Massive product selection, tons to learn about equipment, regulations, trucking, internal policies and structure. Some truly excellent people at all levels.

      Cons

      Company is very lean above the Branch level. Anyone who seeks a position beyond Sales, Driving or Mechanic often ends up waiting for years due to lack of openings.

      Every few years, they seem to make significant changes which tend to affect managers employment. Sometimes, they get let go just because upper management personnel were changed and they have different ideas and personality interest.
