      The higher ups have unrealistic expectations of employees. Wanting them to change things out of their control without any help or resources.

      Pros

      Great vision from the C - Suite and even better execution from the field. Massive and Strategic investments in technology . Not the biggest company in the space but certainly the best.

      Cons

      Not a Con but people who love to work in a fast paced environment will love it here.

      Pros

      There are not many companies where the CEO will ask about how your family is doing and really listens. I have been with Herc for 6 years and really enjoy how much the company cares for it's employees. Over my time at Herc I have been able to grow in my career and receive assistance from Senior Leadership every step of the way.

      Cons

      The only con is that there is not a wide acceptance of remote work.
