      Toxic culture; company decides to keep low performers in leadership positions

      Good vacation policy, fair pay Opportunity for growth up to manager level.

      Cons

      Very conservative leadership: if you didn’t grow within the company (coordinator, sales rep, branch manager) it is pretty much impossible to be promoted further. Toxic culture, especially at the senior leadership level. Senior leadership is a clique and there are many bullies. This still is the case despite the change in COO last year.

      Great work place and amazing company

      Pros

      Leadership has been great. Always a strong support system. Co Workers have been great also.

      Cons

      There have been leaders in the company that were more glorified managers. Their people skills are amazingly low to hold titles of authority.
