      Great Security and Company Culture

      Pros

      The company's vision is promoted quite often. This company has great integrity, treats employees fairly, has a great security culture and really focuses on safety. The IT department is innovative and growing in its capabilities quite quickly.

      Cons

      Not many cons. It would be nice if they had a workout facility. Also, I would like to see more women in IT. This seems to be a problem everywhere.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review. I am happy to see that the IT culture thriving. We are always working towards diversifying our workforce. We do have quite a number of women in IT compared to where we were just a few years ago. That job is never complete. I also agree with your thoughts about a gym. I have been taking advantage of our Herc Life program that is offered with our benefits. It helps pay for my gym membership. I'd be happy to discuss it with you if you'd like.
