Pros
Management does care about their employees to the fullest and is very open to schedule time with them addressing any concerns. They do not try to micromanage you at any point and believe that you are doing the job that you are there to do. You get to interact with other departments on a daily basis so you get to experience all levels of the company.
Cons
I personally don't believe there is a con to working here. If you do what you are supposed to do you will be treated accordingly.
