Most of the people are great. Competitive salary.

Cons

Toxic culture and work environment. Senior Management makes empty promises. Favoritism shown by all managers. Leadership meetings promote negativity and criticism of fellow employees. Large turnover due to treatment.

They are focusing on growth and customer service, expanding product and market groups

Cons

They sometimes get caught up in the numbers and forget about all the back office support. If it is not revenue producing we can do without or find a way to do it less expensively.
