      Pros

      Herc Rentals is a great place to work. Upper management knows what it takes to make a business that takes care of its customers and employees and is making the current decisions that are setting Herc up for long-term success.

      Cons

      The rental industry as a whole is one where it has been increasingly hard to find talented truck drivers and mechanics and, while Herc has emerged as the employer of choice, it is still going to be a challenge to find these employees in the coming decades.

      Great working with different customers every day.

      Cons

      There wasn’t any cons. It was a fast paced environment. Just as any job there were stressful days, however having satisfied customer made it worthwhile.
