Lack of training, 3 days is not enough to learn about the equipment and software that they use

-Policy that you must be in your position for 1 year prior to applying to another department, or being promoted. -This department will block / not allow you to go to a different department -Quality of work is looked at by how many phone calls you can make in a day, and not about the amount of money you collect. -There is no consistent way to do something. You could ask all managers and each one would tell you to do something different.
