      Company is turning the corner and is now focused on People. As a new company, there is lots of change, but it seems like things are now focused on the right things. It is exciting to see what the future holds.

      Pros

      Growth within the company as well as the customer base provides ample opportunities in a variety of departments. The work environment is positive, professional, open, friendly, and focused on the employees' well-being. Executive Management is approachable, energetic, open to new ideas, and devoted to both internal and external enhancements. The company successfully strives to strand out from the competitors through it customer-focused approach, rightly believing that our employees make the difference.

      Cons

      Because the Headquarters is in a "tourist town" (Bonita Springs, FL), the ability to fill jobs quickly and adequately is somewhat inhibited. This isn't Chicago or New York where a flock of professionals are readily available! Still, the people working here are capable and respected.
