      Pros

      Great pay I was left alone mostly even when I didn't want to be. I had a great crew that really cared about the branch.

      Cons

      Little long term planning, lots on changes. I had 4 VPs, 3 Dms, 2 CEOs in less than 2 years.

      -Benefits -They actually do care for you as an employee AS LONG AS YOU WANT TO WORK. All caps for a reason. -Growing (now independent company) that I believe is heading in the right direction. -Can't speak for all VP's but the Southeast region VP is someone that knows what he's doing and will tell you when it comes to decision making, "You do what you think is best as if it's your company". Hard to come by that.

      Cons

      -Health Benefits are always a pro in this day and age, but of course, could always be better. -Team culture among stores isn't quite where it needs to be yet -Service Department needs more involvement from upper management
