      Pros

      benfiets are at best marginal and no major repairs are done from employees regardless of what management is telling future employees

      Cons

      No training, micro management, room to advance is always at a pay cut, worn out equipment and worn out useless field trucks, low pay, outdated rental systems, always expected to fix everything with little to no knowledge or access to service manuals

      We appreciate your response, and will take every word into account. We feel that our company is founded on internal advancement, and we are very competitive from a compensation standpoint.       Pros

      -Benefits -They actually do care for you as an employee AS LONG AS YOU WANT TO WORK. All caps for a reason. -Growing (now independent company) that I believe is heading in the right direction. -Can't speak for all VP's but the Southeast region VP is someone that knows what he's doing and will tell you when it comes to decision making, "You do what you think is best as if it's your company". Hard to come by that.

      Cons

      -Health Benefits are always a pro in this day and age, but of course, could always be better. -Team culture among stores isn't quite where it needs to be yet -Service Department needs more involvement from upper management

      The continued progression of becoming an independent company can cause 'growing pains' at times.
