      Understaffed. not enough support with work load. Big Corp buying mom and pop shops transitions long.

      Changing times in the industrial rental industry

      Dynamic, challenging and stimulating. The pay structure was adequate.

      Cons

      The company was going through a major reorganization and subsequently had poor communication among the different levels within the company. Employees were often left to their own to figure things out with little or no support.
