      Pros

      With Herc, if you are willing to put in the time and work, they are willing to help you reach your career goals. Great vacation time, Senior Management transparency, family-like atmosphere.

      Cons

      With Herc recently becoming an independent company away from The Hertz Corporation, there is still a lot of change in the company. Lack of formal training.

      Pros

      Some of the employees are nice, but that's only some.

      Cons

      There are literally too many to count: you will feel ostracized, as each department plays favorites, you will be expected to do more work than what you are paid for, the job description will be completely different than what you actually do, lots of layoffs, lots of turnover, and the wages are absolutely disgusting.

      You can almost always be promoted within the company, especially if you're willing to relocate.

      Cons

      There is so much competition in the field in the Tampa market. You have to get really creative to set yourself apart.
