      Sometimes there are free bagels.

      Bad place to work, poor disorganized management, unrealistic expectations, no leadership, old and broken down overpriced equipment, unsafe conditions, bad behavior is rewarded, good behavior is let go.

      I have many colleagues here that I also consider close friends. Many career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      While I absolutely love that I have many friends throughout various departments, from my time with Herc, at times it can draw focus to the disconnect between the different company segments. I have tried to bring this to the attention of higher ups and while many are willing to adjust some don’t seem to be bothered by someone without manager in front of their title.
