      Great work enviorment I loved everyone I worked with Great benefits and compensation Leadership was top notch and always available Lots of opportunity to advance your career

      Not necessary a con, but the nature of the work demands lots of overtime and a great deal of your mind will be involved in maintaining all the details of the job. I found it challenging, but very rewarding

      Worst employer on the planet

      Zero. This place is the worst.

      Cons

      They hired me and two days after I started they let me go, said they over-hired the position by two people and had to let us go. Completely unprofessional, left my last job for them only to be treated like this. Do not accept a job here unless you wanna take that chance also!

      H&E or Herc Rentals?

      M-F 7a-5p (Mostly but some after hour calls) Knowledge of a lot of equipment Opportunities to take that knowledge to other companies

      No advancement of career Safety Program that pencil whips every incident Too much upper management staff not enough workers to run locations
