      Bonuses. No micromanaging if you do your job well. Management is cool including some sales guys.

      Cons

      Long hours and will get longer if you’d like to move up. Family business you might not get promoted over someone’s cousin/nephew

      Coworkers are really cool. Under new management since I left. Really good benefits. Lots of time off, no weekends.

      Cons

      Stressful at times. Some people do not know what they are talking about and shouldn't be in the positions that they are. Sometimes hard to get help with tasks.
