Some people are awesome to work with, especially the mechanics and drivers

Cons

Some people are awful to work with, usually managers and sales reps that are drunk with power

Pros

1)Coworkers are very nice and met some wonderful people 2) people in IT and HR are very helpful

Cons

1) pay increases are extremely low, about 1-3% a year 2) management can be nasty and difficult to deal with, no wonder turnover is so high 3) benefits are terrible compared to other large companies 4) not much room for advancement 5) people work in silos 6) don’t expect HR to give you an overview of benefits before you start 7) in the office 5 days a work; even Hertz is hybrid 8) very high turnover, even though not many major employers in the area

We are very competitive with compensation and benefits in our industry, and we are very proud of our very low turnover rate. Our values include “We do what’s right, “We’re in this together, and “We prove ourselves every day.” These words speak to our culture at our core as an organization, contrasting with several of the things you’ve mentioned. I understand that being in the office 5 days a week may not be for everyone. Schedule -they worked with me with schedule that works for me and my family needs. We're helpful with my training progress to achieve job status goal.

Cons

Worker accountability. Limitations with advancement and procedures.
