      Good family/ work /life balance, good pay/benefits/vacation time/company perks, fun place to work, café in the building, Caring executive team

      For me not many cons. Building is getting over crowded.

      Management plays alot of politics. Training is not the best.

I would refer to our Black & Gold Academy as way for not construction industry professionals to find their place with Herc Rentals.
