Pros

Great Culture. From Northeast Regional RVP, to my sales manager, and branch manager. Love the people I work with. Great opportunities for internal growth. No micromanaging.

Cons

Commissions structure has fluctuated over the years. As company grows, TSR territory/opportunities diminish. Good for company, bad for TSR. More strategic reps being implemented cutting back on verticals that TSRs can call on.
